Public Comment Policy

Members of the public are welcome to address the Board on items that pertain to the BVIVFPD.

A person addressing the Board will be limited to two (2) minutes unless the Chairperson of the Board grants a longer period of time at the request of the board.

Each person is allotted one opportunity to address the board on matters that concern them regarding the BVIVFPD.

We would appreciate it if you would identify yourself with your name and address while addressing the Board.

While the Board appreciates and welcomes your comments and questions, we will not be at liberty to respond, other than brief questions or clarifications. All comments will be taken into consideration.
